How does it work ?
The Eco-Efficient Travel assessment methodology has been set up by the Sustainable Development Department of Veolia Transport.
This methodology allows assessing the environmental performances of Eurolines with the competitive modes. This methodology is audited every year by Ernst & Young.
We consider that a passenger riding a Eurolines bus could fly or travel by car and so we estimated the CO2 emissions for each means of transport: the plane, the car and Eurolines.
